Fridays Property Management was borne out of my frustration with my lettings agent & property manager. After years of poor communication resulting in my property being left in a terrible state and months of missing rent, Fridays Property Management was created.

We are Hassle free property management for the landlord who needs a helping hand (without the hefty price tag!). Before you ask, our pricing is as simple and transparent as we are. We offer full management services for just £100/month + £100 sign up fee

Why are we different to your normal letting agency?
Simple we are not a letting agency.
Our focus is on one thing alone - managing your property. We don't collect rent, we don't find you tenants, we simply look after your property and take the hassle out of the day to day management at an affordable price; giving you your time back and maximising your profits.

Who do we help?
Fridays Property Management is for the landlord who is:

- Juggling multiple projects and wearing many hats - Wants to maximise their property income but maintain high standards for theirs tenants - Doesn't want the hassle of the paperwork - Cares about their tenants and wants them to enjoy living in the property - Wants their tenants to have access to a responsive local service but does not have the capacity to offer this to them personally

We pride ourselves in being transparent and easy to work with (we'll never do any work without your approval). Our goal is to help you maximise you property’s earning potential.
